MP3#1 - The Healthy Eating for IBS MP3 stresses the need to make healthy food choices that help to regulate, control and heal your Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Stress is a significant contributor to IBS but the foods that you consume also make a difference in your body's natural performance.
MP3#2 is the Stress Reduction for IBS MP3 that deals with the management of stress as it affects IBS and aids you in retraining your body to it's previous natural functioning.
It is recommended to listen to the Healthy Eating MP3 daily for one week and then periodically as a reminder. Beginning in Week 2 listen to the Stress Reduction MP3 and use at least once daily until results are achieved.
Hypnosis MP3's generally become more and more effective as you listen to them. As you continue to listen a deeper and faster level of relaxation is acheived.
